What Veridict is
Veridict is a decision review tool. It analyses proposals and produces structured reviews. It does not make decisions — it supports the humans who do.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your account with others. You must not use Veridict to review documents you do not have permission to share.
Your data
You own your data. By uploading a proposal or company context document you give us permission to process it for the purpose of generating a review. We do not claim any rights over your content.
Acceptable use
You may not use Veridict to process unlawfully obtained documents, to circumvent any law or regulation, or to attempt to reverse engineer or abuse the service.
AI-generated output
Veridict's reviews are generated by AI and are intended to support human decision-making, not replace it. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any review. You are responsible for any decisions made on the basis of a Veridict review.
Payment and cancellation
Pro plan subscriptions are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time from your settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
Limitation of liability
Veridict is provided as-is. We are not liable for any business decisions made on the basis of Veridict reviews, or for any loss of data beyond what is recoverable through the deletion and export functions described in these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will notify you by email if we make material changes. Continued use of Veridict after notification constitutes acceptance.
