Privacy Policy
What we collect
We collect your email address when you create an account. We collect the text of proposals you upload for review. If you are on the Pro plan, we collect the company context documents you upload. We collect basic usage data to operate the service.
How we use it
Your proposal text is sent to an AI model to generate a Decision Review. It is not stored beyond what is needed to display your review. Your company context documents are stored privately to your workspace and used only to generate Context Reviews for proposals you submit. We do not use your data to train AI models. We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with other organisations.
Who can see your data
Only you can see your proposals, reviews and company context. We cannot access your company context documents except for the purpose of operating the service. No other Veridict user or organisation can see your data.
Data storage and security
All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Data is stored in the European Union. We use Supabase for database and file storage.
Your rights
You can export all your review data from your settings page at any time. You can delete your account and all associated data from your settings page at any time. Deletion is permanent and immediate. Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct and delete your personal data. To exercise any right not covered by the app itself, contact us at hello@veridict.app.
Cookies
We use only the cookies necessary to operate the service — session authentication. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies.
