Every idea looks good
when AI writes the deck.

NEEDS VALIDATION

Executive summary

Proposal contains 6 unsupported assumptions and 3 risks that should be addressed before resource allocation.

Biggest concern

Customer demand in target geographies has not been validated.

Recommended next step

Conduct 10 customer interviews before committing engineering capacity.

/ 01 — Workflow

Three steps. No theatre.

01

Upload the proposal

Drop in a deck, PRD, strategy memo or business case. Veridict preserves the original document alongside the review.

02

Veridict reads it like a reviewer

Every statement is sorted into claims, assumptions, evidence, risks and strategic alignment. Missing validation is flagged explicitly.

03

Decide with a Decision Review

Receive a structured review with a stated readiness, the single biggest concern, and the next step that would unblock approval.

/ 02 — Decision states

We replaced scores with stated readiness.

A number suggests precision that doesn't exist. Each proposal is placed into one of four explicit states.

NOT READY

Too many assumptions to act on.

The proposal relies heavily on unverified claims. Return to author with specific gaps.

NEEDS VALIDATION

Promising, but insufficient evidence.

Direction is sound. A small set of validations would move this to a decision.

READY FOR DECISION

Enough supporting evidence exists.

The committee has what it needs to approve, defer or reject on substance.

STRATEGIC RISK

Conflicts with current priorities.

Even if executed well, this proposal pulls against stated organisational goals.

/ 03 — Pricing

Free to review proposals. Pro when context matters.

Proposal Review is free forever. Pro adds Context Review — your strategy, OKRs and roadmap on every proposal.

What is Veridict?

Veridict is an AI-powered proposal review tool for business decision-makers. It reads internal proposals — business cases, strategy decks, PRDs, budget requests — and produces a structured Decision Review that separates verified facts from unsupported assumptions, identifies execution and compliance risks, flags missing evidence, and assigns a decision readiness state: Not Ready, Needs Validation, Ready for Decision, or Strategic Risk.

Who uses Veridict?

Veridict is used by Chiefs of Staff, strategy leads, heads of product, VPs, C-level executives and board members who regularly receive proposals and need to evaluate them quickly and rigorously. It is particularly useful for organisations where AI tools are being used to generate proposals, making it harder to distinguish well-supported ideas from convincing-sounding ones.

What is Context Review?

Context Review is Veridict's Pro feature. It evaluates a proposal not just on its own merits but against the company's actual strategic context — uploaded strategy documents, OKRs, roadmap, headcount plan and budget. It identifies strategic misalignment, resource conflicts and initiative overlaps that a standard proposal review would miss.

How much does Veridict cost?

Proposal Review is free. Users create a free account and can review unlimited proposals at no cost. Context Review is available on the Pro plan at €149 per month with no long-term commitment.
